I was very apprehensive about ordering online and I waited a few days after delivery because I wanted to leave honest feedback. First of all the customer service is great. They wanted to make sure they had my order exactly how I wanted it. I ordered 18" and the wig is true to the length. The shipping took about 4 days which was fine with me. I only ordered 150% density and that is plenty thick. The hair is amazingly soft, I have never had a wig that was this soft. It is a free part, so you can part it any way you like which I love. The curl pattern returns once you wet the hair and for fullness and volume just comb it. Basically, I love the wig...thank you very much, good job! (Posted on 6/3/2016)
